How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please ensure the request is made within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate the cancellation, send an email to sales@riatea.com mentioning your order number. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed or dispatched. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method. RiaTea reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation request at its sole discretion.

You will receive an email notification once your cancellation is confirmed. If your order has already been paid for and is successfully cancelled, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. Please note: items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

For subscription cancellations, simply log in to your account, navigate to My Subscriptions, and click on Cancel. Fill in the short feedback form, submit it, and your subscription will be cancelled. A confirmation email will follow shortly after.

How do you refund my money?

Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be initiated to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The amount (after deduction of any applicable cancellation fees) will be credited within 7 to 10 business days. We’ll notify you by email once the refund is processed.

What is your general cancellations policy?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch or within 24 hours of placement—whichever comes first. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any condition. We appreciate your understanding.

I am not happy with the tea (or have received the wrong shipment). What do I do now?

We take great care in selecting and packing every tea order to ensure quality and accuracy. However, if you find that the product you received is incorrect, incomplete, or does not meet your expectations, please get in touch with our support team by emailing support@riatea.com. We will thoroughly investigate and offer the best possible resolution, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

How do I return my order?

We take pride in delivering fresh, premium-quality teas directly to your door. Because tea is a perishable product, we do not accept returns to maintain the integrity of our products.
