Shipping & Return Policy
At RiaTea, we strive to deliver your products quickly, safely, and affordably. For prepaid orders above $99, shipping is free, except for deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East regions. If your prepaid order value is below $99, a nominal shipping charge of ₹50 will apply.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders up to $99, a $2 shipping fee plus an additional $2 COD fee will be applicable. For COD orders above $99, only a $2 COD fee is charged—shipping is free. Please note that COD is currently unavailable for orders from Jammu & Kashmir and North-East territories.
All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 5 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Refunds, Cancellations & Replacements
We want you to love your RiaTea experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. You can write to our support team at support@riatea.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
If you need to cancel your order, please make sure to contact us within 4 hours of placing it, or before the order is shipped—whichever comes first. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unsuitable for use.
Replacements are available under specific conditions. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or if the product does not meet quality expectations, you can request a replacement. To do so, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. If you received an incorrect item or your order was incomplete, please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. In cases of quality concerns, such as an unusual taste or stale product, please let us know within 5 days of delivery, along with a description of the problem. Supporting photos may be requested to help us process your request efficiently.
We do not accept physical returns. Replacements will be arranged for eligible orders as outlined above.
Refunds are issued only after thorough internal verification. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days. If you don’t receive the refund in the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance. Refunds cannot be processed if the request is made more than 7 days after delivery or if sufficient proof is not provided.
